METHANE FERMENTATION APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To maintain stable fermentation performance by controlling a temp. regulator to reduce or to raise the temp. in a methane fermenter respectively when the amt. of org. wastes to the methane fermenter is lower or higher than a set value. CONSTITUTION:The temp. in a methane fermenter 1 is regulated by a temp. regulator 7 consisting of a boiler 8 and a heat exchanger 9, and the temp. regulator 7 is controlled by a controller 6 to control the temp. in the methane fermenter 1. Namely, in the temp. controller 6, the temp. regulator 7 is con trolled so that the temp. in the methane fermenter 1 may fall or rise respectively when the amt. of org. wastes to the methane fermenter 1 is lower or higher than a set value. Consequently, an excessive decrease in the amt. of bacteria due to a decrease in the amt. of charged org. wastes and to the pause is prevented and stable fermentation performance can be maintained.
