PRODUCTION OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE:To reduce considerably the time for injecting a liquid crystal into the prescribed spacing part of a panel constituting body in the stage of injecting said liquid crystal by heating the liquid crystal to be injected to the high temp. of the extent at which the deterioration in the characteristic thereof is obviated and injecting the liquid crystal into the prescribed spacing part of the panel constituting body by making use of capillarity. CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal 9 is heated by a heater part 10 contained in a liquid crystal containing vessel 7 to the high temp. of the extent at which the change of the composition of the liquid crystal 9 or the deterioration of the characteristic thereof is obviated. The panel constituting body 1 itself is preferably maintained at approximately the same temp. as the above-mentioned heating temp. A liquid crystal injecting hole of the body 1 is pressed onto the liquid crystal which is made lower in viscosity by the heating in the vessel 7. The gaseous pressure in the hermetic chamber is allowed to leak to the atm. pressure in this state so that the liquid crystal is injected through the hole 6 by the capillarity and external pressure to the prescribed spacing 4 of the body 1.
