BUMPER

PURPOSE:To check expansion or contraction and wavy motion in a resin-make fascia, by forming mutually corresponding concave and convex surfaces in an upper and lower end of the resin fascia and a keep plate. CONSTITUTION:A resin-make fascia is installed, as crowned, in an armature 3 to be locked to a bumper stay. The whole surface of an upper and lower end 1C of the resin fascia 1 in contact with a keep plate 4A is formed into concave and convex surfaces 8A and 8B continued in a longitudinal direction, and these concave surface 8A parts are locked to the armature 3 with bolts 5A. And, the keep plate 4A is molded in a wavy form along a surface profile of the upper and lower end part 1C of the resin fascia 1.
