Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To eliminate any necessity for providing a choke valve further enable the fuel for starting to be suitably controlled, by increasing the fuel for starting in a carburetor controlling a starting fuel control valve and a throttle valve opening control device to be mutually related. CONSTITUTION:A carburetor 14 has an auxiliary nozzle 26 for starting and acceleration or the like in addition to a main nozzle 25 for supplying fuel, and each nozzle 25, 26 is controlled by an engine parameter of each kind. In the case of a fuel increase for starting, a control device 27 calculates an optimum amount of fuel and air corresponding to the condition of an engine when a cooling water temperature 23 is lower than an intake air temperature 20, supplying a suitable t amount of fuel by opening the auxiliary nozzle 26 for starting fuel while supplying a suitable amount of air by controlling the opening of a throttle valve 16 driven by an actuator 28.
