Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled polymer containing ethylene, tetrafluoroethylene, etc. in combination with hexafluoroisobutylene and a specific fluorovinyl compound, having excellent heat resistance and high-temperature crack resistance, and useful for various molded article, coating of electrical wire, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective copolymer is produced by polymerizing (A) ethylene, (B) tetrafluoroethylene or chlorotrifluoroethylene, (C) hexafluoroisobutylene and (D) a fluorovinyl compound of formula CH2=CFRf (Rf is 2-10C fluoroalkyl) in the presence of a polymerization initiator such as di(omega-hydroperfluorohexanoyl)peroxide, etc. The molar ratio of (A):(B) is 40:60-60:40, and the contents of the components (C) and (D) are 0.1-10mol% and 0.03-3mol%, respectively.
