RAW MATERIAL SUPPLYING DEVICE OF INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To supply raw material positively by applying vibration to a guide cylinder, while equipping the guide cylinder having guide blades inside, between a hopper and a heating cylinder. CONSTITUTION:At the measurement of raw material, the raw material is thrown into a hopper 14, and an oscillator 19 is operated with the rotation of a screw 12. As a guide cylinder 17 is equipped in between the hopper and a heating cylinder 11, the raw material in the guide cylinder is divided by guide blades 18 and does not become like a block. Further, owing to the vibration given by the oscillator 19, the raw material is positively supplied into the heating cylinder 11 through a hole 13. Then, as the screw 12 is retracted according to the time for measuring raw material and the available screw length is decreased, the amplitude or frequency of the oscillator 19 is increased according to the time passage at the measurement, whereby the raw material is smoothly supplied.
