Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain kallikrein easily in high yield and purity, by adsrobing a solution containing the akallikrein on an insoluble kallikrein antibody, washing the adsorbed substance, and eluting the substance with an eluent consisting of a buffer solution containing a specific organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:A solution containing kellikrein is adsorbed on an insoluble kallikrein antibody, and the resultant adsorbed substance is washed to remove impurities. In the process, the washing solution is preferably a buffer solution (6-9pH) containing 0.1-0.2M NaCl. The adsorbed kallikrein is then eluted with a buffer solution (4-11pH) containing an inorganic salt and a water-miscible organic solvent, e.g. methanol, acetone or glycerol, as an eluent. Preferably, the above-mentioned eluent contains 0.5-3M, preferably 1-2M inorganic salt and 10-60wt%, preferably 20-60wt% water-miscible organic solvent.
