CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical structural body 12 is arranged on the surface of sea bottom E so as to keep a predetermined distance h2 from the surface of sea P by support column 14 while sea water can move freely into horizontal direction through the space between the structural body 12 and the surface of the sea bottom E. The sea water in an air chamber 11 moves up-and-down in an amplitude larger than the same of the external wave with respect to the waves, coming from multiple directions and having prevailing frequencies, and therefore, electric generating capacity may be increased. The device can pass extremely large waves and high safety may be kept in the device.
