Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To accurately hold a gap between a rotor and a stator and to reduce the cost of a piezoelectric motor by applying static or dynamic pressure through a spring or the like to a shaft. CONSTITUTION:An operation piece 16, a spring 17 and a rotor shaft 9 are rectilinearly disposed near the nod of a bimorph vibrator 4. Static or dynamic pressure aplied externally is transmitted through the piece 16 via a rotor shaft 9 integrated with the vibrator 4 to a contactor 7 with a rim 8. When AC signals are applied from leads 18, 19 to the vibrator 4, the vibrator 4 starts vibrating in the prescribed set frequency.
