Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To inspect a tank even if a sealed type concrete inner tank is filled with the low-temperature liquid by surrounding said inner tank with a sealed type concrete outer tank and forming a sealed space on the whole periphery between the side walls of the both tanks. CONSTITUTION:A concrete outer layer 3 is arranged so as to surround the outer periphery of a concrete inner tank 2, keeping an interval for permitting operators to pass. The upper peripheral edge part of the outer layer 3 and the eaves 51 bulged-out from the upper peripheral edge of the inner tank 2 are connected over the all periphery by an expandable joint 13 constituted of a stainless plate or copper plate.
