Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a sharp image by using a one-component high resistant magnetic toner by embedding conductive particles which contact with the dielectric film formed on a conductive base into a dielectric adhesive agent layer then grinding the adhesive agent layer to expose a part of the conductive particles. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric film 2 is coated and deposited on, for example, a cylindrical conductive base 1 and is cured, then the surface is finished smooth. After a dielectric adhesive agent 3b is thinly coated thereon, many conductive particles 3a are sprayed and adhered onto the film 2. A dielectric adhesive agent 3b' (may be the same as the adhesive agent 3b or different therefrom) is deposited to cover the particles 3a and is cured. The adhesive agent layer is then so ground as to embed more than half the diameter of the particles 3a in a way as to prevent the dislodging thereof and to have such a thickness t3 at which the particles 3a are exposed by >=45% of the surface area 3 of the electrode layer 3. An effective edge effect is thus obtd. and the copied image having high density is obtd.
