PHASED ARRAY RADAR SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To obtain simultaneously the search information in omniazimuth for all warships with high efficiency by equipping a titled radar system with only the phased array antenna surface and using exchangeably the radar information among the respective warships of a fleet. CONSTITUTION:The reflected wave of the microwave outputted from a transmitter and receiver 2 is fed via a received signal processor 4 to a signal mixer 14. A data link receiver 15 receives a signal 16 for the angle center and each angle range in charge of searching from a command warship and the signal 17 received by the radar from each combrade warship. The signal 16 is fed to a controller 5 and an antenna stand controller 13 and a beam steering controller 3 are controlled by using an azimuth signal 20 of the bow of the own warship. The signal 17 is fed to a signal mixer 14 and is mixed with the signal 21 received by the radar of the own warship and is made into the signal 22 received by the radar covering the omniazimuth. The signal is subjected to processing such as target searching, tracking, etc. by a target information processor 6 and is displayed on a display device 7. The signal 21 of the own ship is fed by a dat link transmitter 24 to the comrade warships.
