Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable quick discrimination of microparticles by the light emission thereof with high accuracy even with a large amt. of sample by measuring the emission intensity of the change of the emission spectral with time at every specific wavelength by irradiation of strong pulse light as a strong ray for irradiation. CONSTITUTION:Electric charge electrodes 23 are provided with cell flow in- between in a place where the cell flow froms liquid drops. The liquid drop is charged according to the charge pulse thereof at the moment when the liquid drop is formed. The charge pulse receives the charge as the result of a relational operation when the cell passes through the charge electrode with delay after the cell is subjected to irradiation of pulse light, detection of fluorescence, etc. and the relational operation. A deflecting plate 24 is kept applied with + or -1,500- 2,000V voltage and the charged liquid drops are deflected by static electricity and are gathered in a cell receiver 25 below 4-5cm from the deflecting plate. The liquid drops which are not charged drop straightly without being deflected. The microparticles of the living body are classified and screened by the highly valuable information and the online classification and screening in short time with a large amt. of the sample is made possible. |
