WATER PERMEATION TESTER

PURPOSE:To obtain highly reliable water permeation data without any skill by a method in which each set value for water permeation test is obtained for each step from a water permeation controller, pressures and flow rates are detected, compared, and calculated, and pressures of injection are stepwisely skipped. CONSTITUTION:A water permeation tester 17 to be used prior to a grouting work is basically provided with a tube 9 to be inserted into soil and to inject a fluid, an injection pump 2 to send the fluid to the tube 9, a diversion control valve 3 with a pipeline 7 connecting the tube 9 with the pump 2, a flow rate detector 5, and a pressure detector 6. A detected pressure signal 19 is inputted into a pressure regulator 16 and a water permeation tester 17, a set signal 18 is put from the tester 17 into the pressure regulator 16 for every fixed depth stage, and they are compared with each other. On the basis of the obtained deviation, the diversion control valve 3 is controlled, feedback control is made, and the deviation is zeroed. Highly reliable data can thus be obtained.
