Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable the manufacture of an enzyme sensor for measuring lipid handily while facilitating miniaturization by arranging two hydrogen ion responsive FET type transistor and a reference electrode so that a photosensitive resin containing lipase is applied and hardened on an ion responsive surface of one transistor thereof to form a lipase immobilized film. CONSTITUTION:A lipase immobilized film is formed on a part of an ion responsive surface 8 of pH-ISFET (A) and none thereof is formed on the other pH- ISFET (B). With such an arrangement, an enzyme sensor for measuring lipid is manufactured. Any lipid in a sample solution is decomposed and pH in the lipase immobilized film develops a difference in the pH of the sample solution itself monitored by the pH-ISFET (B) without any lipase immobilized film. Thus, the enzyme sensor for measuring lipid measures the source voltage necessary for running a fixed current between the sources and drains of the two pH-ISFETs (A) and (B) and amplifies the differential outputs of the source voltages of both the pH-ISFETs thereby determining the concentration of lipid in the sample solution. |
