Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable the adsorption efficiency of a mixture content and carbon acid gas by means of an adsorbent on the upper stream side to improve the adsorption efficiency of nitrogen by means of an adsorbent on the downstream side, by a method wherein the upper stream side in an adsorber is filled with an adsorbent, having the sizes of voids in the crystal of a metallic oxide larger than those of an adsorbent on the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:Permeable partitions 15c and 16c are installed to the upper and the lower part in a pair of adsorbers 15 and 16 which alternately perform an adsorbing process and a deadsorbing process, permeable partition walls 15f and 16f are located to the lower end wall part on the upper stream side, which is less about 1/4 of a total capacity, of cavitation parts 15e and 16e, and in the cavitation parts 15e and 16e between upper and lower partition walls 15c and 16c to divide the interior of the cavitation part into 2 chambers of an upper and a lower chamber. The interior of a partition chamber on the upper stream side is filled with an adsorbent 20 having the large sizes of voids in the crystal of a metallic oxide, and the interior of a partition chamber on the downstream side is filled with an adsorbent 21 having the small sizes of voids in the crystal of the metallic oxide. This, after a moisture content and carbon- acid gas are adsorbed by means of the adsorbent 20 having a large adsorption capacity, permits efficient adsorption of nitrogen by means of the adsorbent 21 having excellent separation properties.
