Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the titled fiber having excellent adhesivity to rubber, easily, by applying a fiber-processing lubricant containing an epoxy compound and a dicyandiamide-based water-soluble polymeric compound to a polyester fiber during the fiber-processing stage, and heat-treating the coated polyester fiber. CONSTITUTION:A polyester fiber is treated with a fiber-processing lubricant composed of 5-50wt% epoxy compound, 0.05-5% dicyandiamide-based water- soluble polymeric compound, 20-70% smoothing compound and 10-50% emulsifier, etc. during the fiber-processing stage by an oiling roller method at a coating weight of 0.2-2%, and is heat-treated at 100-250 deg.C.
