SWITCHED CAPACITOR CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To reduce spike produced at switching of a switched capacitor circuit by making the time constant of each capacitor equal to that of a switch circuit limiting the connection of each capacitor. CONSTITUTION:The time constant of the switch circuit 5 limiting the connection of the capacitor 20 and of the capacitor 20, and the time constant of the capacitor 10 and the switch circuits 13-16 controlling the connection of the capacitor 10 are made equal to each other by connecting the switch circuits 15, 16 in parallel respectively with the switch circuits 13, 14. Thus, the spike produced when the switch circuits 5, 13-16 are brought into nonconductive state to conductive state is reduced.
