Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the titled circuit without time delay, performing high speed action having low noises by a method wherein the input signal of a differential amplifier is selected by switching by means of an analog switch and a sample hold circuit in such a manner that the output of the amplifier is not saturated. CONSTITUTION:The input signal to the negative input terminal of the differential amplifier AMP1 is enabled to be switched by means of the sample hold circuit 15 and the analog switch ASW. The amplifier output is prevented from being saturated outside a dynamic range by enabling the application of the same input waveform on the positive and negative input terminals of the AMP on appearance of the waveform of an injection pulse phiinj in the source floor output of an FET Q1. On the other hand, the signal output from a CID sensor obtains an amplified signal by switching the ASW to input the reset level to the negative input terminal of the AMP under sample holding. This manner enables the high speed action of the differential amplifier by enabling the input signal to alwyas come in the dynamic range of the amplifier. |
