DEVICE FOR PREVENTING PILING OF FLY WASTE AT FEED ROLLER PART OF OPEN END FINE SPINNING FRAME

PURPOSE:An open end fine spinning frame capable of preventing piling of fly waste at the feed roller part by an extremely simple device, by eliminating fly waste which will pile at the feed roller part by utilizing negative pressure inside of a casing of spinning rotor. CONSTITUTION:The pipe 13 perpendicular to the flow line in the interior of the casing 12 is connected to the casing of a spinning rotor of a rotor type open end fine spinning frame of self exhaustion type. The other end of the pipe 13 is connected to the peripheral part in the vicinity of the top of the feed roller 2 in the direction of the common connection of the feed roller 2 and the combing roller 5. The exhaust pipe 10 is connected to the casing 12, and the other end of it is communicated with a fiber collecting chamber. The flanges 13a and 13b are set in the middle of the pipe 13, they are connected through packings by bolts, so that the casing 12 can be easily removed from the fine spinning frame for cleaning.
