Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To attain ease of adjusting work by adjusting the position to a lens of an image pickup element three-dimensionally to the incident direction of light independently. CONSTITUTION:Any one of the 1st adjusting body 17 among the 1st adjusting body displaceable in the incident direction of light, the 2nd adjusting body 18 displaceable vertically to the incident direction of light, the 3rd adjusting body 19 displaceable vertically to the incident direction of light and the displacing direction of the 2nd adjusting body, and the 4th adjusting body 20 turnable and displaceable around an axis in parallel with the incident direction of light is fixed to a base 21 and also an image pickup element 15 is fitted to the other 4th adjusting body 20. Thus, the relative position between the image pickup element 15 and the lens system is set to a normal position by displacing individually the adjusting bodies 17-20 in each direction.
