Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To detect the hold bottom and prevent a collision between the lower end section of an elevator and the hold bottom by forming the fitting shaft side of scraping blades at the lower end section of a bucket elevator with a non- magnetic material, fitting an exciting coil and a detecting coil to the magnetic tip of each blade, and detecting a change of the magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:Scraping blades 26 are provided at the lower end section of the bucket elevator of a continuous-type unloader via a fitting shaft 21. The blade section 29b of each scraping blade 26 on the center side of the fitting shaft 21 is made with a non-magnetic material, the tip side is made with a magnetic material, and an exciting coil 31 and a detecting coil 32 are fitted to it. During the unloading work, the bucket elevator is driven, the scraping blades 26 are driven to rotate, and when the distance (d) from the hold bottom 19 becomes too small, the approach is detected by an increase of the magnetic flux 33 quantity. Thereby, the bucket 28 and scraping blades 26 of the bucket elevator can be prevented from hitting the hold bottom 19 and being damaged.
