Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enhance analytical accuracy by enhancing the distribution accuracy of a reagent, by providing an apparatus for degassing wahing water used in washing a distributor so as to prevent dissolved air from being formed into air bubbles. CONSTITUTION:The preliminarily degassing of washing water in a distributor is performed by an air-liquid trap 41 while heating degassing is performed in a hot water tank 42 and final degassing is further performed by a vortex pump 47 to degass dissolved air until dissolution equilibrium at the water temp. of the hot water tank 42 is achieved. Generated air bubbles are separated in a separation trap 45 and exhausted from an air exhaust valve 46. Washing water flowed into a vortex pump 47 from the separation trap 45 is warmed by the high speed rotation of a blade and slightly left air bubbles are returned to a recirculation part 40 from a trap 48. Degassed washing water is supplied to a syringe 27 through a conduit 49 and a supply valve 32 to perform the washing of the distributor. As a result, no air bubbles are generated during washing and, therefore, analytical accuracy is enhanced. |
