Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To withstand against ice load by making many through-holes for drilling pile in the lower hull while drilling a pile through said hole into the sea bed upon reaching of lower hull to the sea bottom and securing the rig to the sea bed. CONSTITUTION:Many through-holes 3 for driving a pile 4 are made through the lower hull 2 having sufficient strength to withstand against the grounding pressure upon reaching to the sea bed. In frozen sea, ballast is injected into the lower hull 2 to settle on the sea bed 7 then a pile 4 is driven through said hole. Consequently, sufficient strength to withstand against the ice load can be achieved.
