Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To produce a titled alloy member having excellent resistance to void swelling and embrittlement by irradiation and excellent strength by subjecting an alloy consisting of specifically composed Cr, Fe, Al, Ti, Nb and Ni to an adequate soln. heat treatment and aging treatment. CONSTITUTION:An alloy consisting of 14-25wt.% Cr, =950 deg.C and thereafter the alloy is subjected to an aging treatmet in the temp.-time range shown by the region M of the figure. The precipitation type high-Ni alloy member which has the metallic structure dispersed and precipitated with the matched gamma' precipitation phase Ni3 (Al, Ti) having the positive misfit between the precipitation phase and the base phase in the crystal grains to the state of 80-320Angstrom diameter and 10 -10 m density and is usable in the environment to be exposed to neutron irradiation at >=10 nvt (neutron energy >=0.1MeV) dose in a fast breeder is obtd. by such treatment.
