Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To shorten the time of cutting, by keeping almost constant the cutting load upon a gear-cutting machine. CONSTITUTION:For a numerical-controlled hobbing machine, a numerical-controlled gear shaper or the like, a cutting-in depth H and a fiducial radial feed speed are set in an input control panel 2 so that the cutting-in depth is divided by a predetermined number in a controller having a calculating function and provided for the hobbing machine. The radial speed RA is multipled by predetermined proportional constants K1, K2 so that the radial feed speed is automatically calculated for every section of the cutting-in depth. A control instruction signal corresponding to the depth of cutting-in of a cutting tool is applied to a radial feed servomotor from the controller having the calculating function. This results in greatly shortening the time of work. |
