Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure reducing device of a low-noise and low-vibration type by arranging a plurality of reticulate metals all over the cross section in a pipe across the pipe in which a ripple portion is formed in a wave shape in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:An orifice 4 for pressure reduction is disposed in a pipe 3 for liquid transfer. On the inner surface of the pipe 3 in the downstream of the orifice 4, a ripple portion 6 is formed in a wave shape over the prescribed length in the longitudinal direction of the pipe 3. In a portion where the ripple portion 6 is formed adjacent to the orifice 4 in the downstream thereof, a plurality of reticulate metals 1 are disposed across all the inner cross section of the pipe 3, whereby the pressure reducing action is allotted to the orifice and the reticulate metals.
