Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To greatly reduce the amount and the weight of a cowl harness of an automobile by using a multi-transmission circuit for connecting the harness to both a meter and a set of switches and the harness to the control unit of electronic equipments. CONSTITUTION:The wire of a cowl harness, connected to a meter 1 and a set of switches 2, is connected to a multi-transmission control circuit 6 integrated in a joint block 5 and the control circuit 6 is connected to a microcomputer 7 and a multi-transmission control circuit 8 via a transmitting and receiving optical connector 9, optical links 12, meter 1 and a set of switches 2 of the cowl harness 4. A wire which is connected to electronic equipments 14 such as an air conditioner, radio and so forth is connected to a multi-transmission control circuit 16 integrated in the joint block 15. And the control circuit 16 is, in the similar way, connected via optical connecters 17 and 9 and an optical link 18 to a microcomputer 13 mounted inside the electronic equipment 14. Such connection may greatly reduce the amount of the harness.
