Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To accomplish accurate and easy assembly and dissembly of the runner blade control mechanism equipped with a multi-stage piston. CONSTITUTION:A runner blade 1 is supported with a hub 2 to which is mounted a main shaft 6 containing a plurality of multi-stage type pistons 7 to 9 therein. The pistons are fixed to a piston rod 11. As hydraulic pressure is properly introduced from feed ports 26 and 27 the piston 7 to 9 lowers, causing the runner blade 1 to turn through the piston rod 11, a control plate and a link 5. Here, partitions 15 and 18 for dividing the stopper or the cylinder of the pistons 7 to 9 are supported with a plurality of external support pipes 13, 16 and 19. Accordingly, the assembly can be easily done when the piston rod 11 is withdrawn by loosening a nut 20 along with assembly.
