If the clearing of accounts is not performed yet in respect to the saleroom (i) for the transaction, this transaction is permitted. If the clearing of accounts is already performed in respect to this saleroom, the transaction is inhibited by a transaction inhibiting funcition part 10, and an alarm is generated.
