Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To remove easily the welding spatter sticking to the tip of a torch and the inside circumferential part of a nozzle by providing the 1st cylindrical body having a spatter cutter part to the outside circumference of the torch body and enclosing said body with the freely retractable 2nd cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body 3 provided with a spatter cutter 3b is attached by a screw part 3a to a torch body 1 so as to eclose the same. The 2nd cylindrical body 4 which encloses the body 3 and projects in the longitudinal direction of the torch is provided. Projecting parts 4a, 4b are provided to the right and left of the body 4 and are grasped by means of links 5a, 5b. When the body 1 is retreated, the link 5 turns and the body 4 is retracted in the longitudinal direction of the torch. The welding spatter 12 sticking near the tip of the body 4 is cut away when the body 4 and the spatter cutter 3b provided to the end of the body 3 are rubbed against each other in this stage. The spatter is thus integrally removed and dropped downward.
