Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve absorption of vibration, by providing on an inner circumferential surface a slide surface layer formed of thermoplastic synthetic resin having a superior self-lubricating property, providing an elastic intermediate layer outside the slide surface layer, and providing a reinforcing layer outside the elastic intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:There are arranged a pressure roller 2, heat rollers 3 and 4 and guide roller 5 around a core bar 1. Winding of a fluoro resin sheet on the core bar 1 is carried out by forming the sheet having a length corresponding to a circular length of the core bar 1 and allowing one end of the sheet to coincide with the other end thereof, thereby forming a slide surface layer 6 on the core bar 1. Then, two layers of chloroprene rubber sheet on which adhesive is applied are wound around the slide surface layer 6 under pressure to form an elastic intermediate layer 7. Then, a resin cloth formed by treating a polyester fiber cloth substrate with phenol resin is wound around the elastic intermediate layer 7 with heat under pressure until a predetermined outside diameter is obtained to form a reinforcing layer 8.
