Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a nutrient food having high calorific value and remarkably excellent solubility, dispersibility in water and high fluidity, and suitable as a food for patient or aged person, by granulating a composition composed mainly of dextrin, casein, defatted milk powder and a vegetable oil. CONSTITUTION:The objective nutrient food is prepared by granulating a composition composed mainly of dextrin (preferably having low maltose content), casein (preferably casein other than soybean casein), defatted milk powder, and a vegetable oil, in the form of granules having particle diameter of 0.1-1.0mm. and a bulk density of 0.4-0.6g/ml.
