PURPOSE:To generate the reference voltage of a differential amplifier which is not affected by power supply fluctuation even in case of power supply fluctuation, by connecting resistances of the same resistance value between the inversion input and the inversion output of the differential circuit and between the inversion input and the noninversion output, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The input voltage at input terminal 6 is amplified by transistors 1 and 2 of the differential amplifier, and outputs of the same amplitude and different polarities are obtained at emitter outputs of emitter followers 10 and 11, namely, noninversion output 14 and inversion output 15. Currents of the same value are flowed to resistances 17 and 18 because of the same resistance value, and therefore, AC components of the noninversion output and the inversion output are canceled with each other, and the voltage where the noninversion output is equal to the inversion output appears in the base of transistor 2. Since transistors 5 and 16 constitute a current Miller circuit, currents flowed to resistances 12 and 13 are determined by transistor 5.
