Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form a device in compact construction, by parallelly arranging two actuators and providing an operating member and a converting mechanism in each of the actuators. CONSTITUTION:A shift actuator 2 and a select actuator 3 are parallelly aranged, and an internal lever 5 is mounted to each actuator 2, 3. Then the internal lever 5 engages with an operating member 7 actuating this lever in the axial direction, while a sleeve 4 is slidably fitted to a piston rod 231 of the shift actuator 2, said sleeve 4 engaging to its tilt groove 41 an engagement pin of the piston rod 231 and fitting to its key groove 42 a key 43, thus a converting mechanism is formed. In this way, a device, in which the two actuators 2, 3 are parallelly arranged, can be formed into compact construction as compared with the device whose actuators are arranged crossing at a right angle.
