AZIMUTH METER FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To make a driver find the advancing direction of a vehicle instantly even during running without misunderstanding, by displaying the azimuth of the advancing direction of the vehicle with digital values. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of azimuth signals outputted from an azimuth sensor 11 are amplified by amplifiers 12a and 12b and guided to next waveform converters 13a and 13b. The signals are converted into analog signals, which are in turn converted into digital signals by a next A-D converter 14 and outputted. A character display converter 2 receives display specifying signals from an AND circuit group 15, converts the specified azimuths into character display signals, and introduces the signals into a display device 3. The signals are amplified into the desired signals by a driving circuit 31 and introduced into a display part 32. The azimuth of the advancing direction of the vehicle is displayed by 32a, 32b, and 32c with digital values.
