Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the operating margin by combining Josephson elements for buffer and set with a Josephson element for output. CONSTITUTION:When a reset signal current is applied to a reset signal current path TR, the buffer Josephson switch B2 is switched from zero voltage to the voltage state and a current flowing to the switch B2 flows to a superconduction loop LP2. The Josephson switch W2 is switched temporarily to the voltage state, magnetic flux is fetched to the superconduction loop LP2 and the switch W2 is returned to the zero voltage state. On the other hand, the set Josephson switch W1 is switched also to the voltage state and the magnetic flux fetched in the loop LP1 is excluded. In supplying the set current, the magnetic flux is fetched in the loop LP1 and the permanent current in the loop LP2 is eliminated.
