METALLIC PLATE WORKING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which is capable of obtaining easily and exactly a metallic working piece even by a remote operation, by providing each control part for preparing automatically a metallic working piece of a minute size and a necessary shape, which is required as a microsection of a transmission type electron microscope, when inserting a metallic plate to a metallic plate inserting path. CONSTITUTION:When a metallic plate 4 is inserted into a metallic plate inserting path 3, this inserted state is detected 15, and its detecting signal is outputted to a controller 17. The controller 17 advances a push rod 7b to the inserting path 3 side by driving the first motor 7 in a necessary direction, for instance, the forward direction, a punching edge 8 fixed to its tip presses a plate 4 to an edge receiving unit 6 side, and the plate 4 is punched to a metallic working piece 10 of a minute disk of, for instance, 3mm.phi. Thereafter, when the rod 7b moves backward, a receiving plate 9 released from the pressed state by the edge 8 is energized to the inserting path 3 side, and the piece 10 is extruded into the inserting path 3 by the plate 9. Subsequently, the piece 10 is dropped down by its own weight in the lower direction in the inserting path 3, further dropped down into a sample containing chamber 3a which is opened in the lower part, and contained in this chamber.
