Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:The titled wheel excellent in rigidity, heat resistance, low-temperature impact resistance, etc., obtained by using a fiber-reinforced resin obtained by mixing a specified copolyamide with a glass fiber surface-treated with a silane compound as a material for a rim part. CONSTITUTION:Preparations are made for a copolyamide comprising 98-92wt% polycaproamide component and 2-8wt% polyhexamethylene adipamide component and having a relative viscosity (a viscosity determined at 25 deg.C in a solution of 1g of copolyamide in 100ml of 98% sulfuric acid and calculated) of 2.8- 3.5. 62-40pts.wt. this copolyamide is mixed with 38-60pts.wt. glass fiber surface-treated with a silane compound (e.g., aminosilane). The resulting fiber-reinforced resin is used as a material for at least a rim part and molded to obtain the purpose fiber-reinforced impact-resistant polyaminde resin wheel. |
