TREATING DEVICE FOR INSIDE SURFACE AT ONE END OF CENTRIFUGAL CASTING MOLD

PURPOSE:To perform a treatment for an inside surface in the same place as places for pouring, drawing, etc. by providing a treating device body in the position deviated from the axial center of a casting mold and disposing turnably and movably back and forth the respective treating devices to a frame which moves to and from the position where the frame faces the opening of the casting mold. CONSTITUTION:A body slide frame 8 which can be moved to and from a position 12 where said frame faces the opening at one end 2 of a casting mold 1 is provided to the body 5 of a treating device 4 disposed in the position deviated from the axial center near the end 2. A swiveling frame 15 which can swivel between the position 17 along the frame 8 and the position 18 along the axial center of the mold 1 is mounted to the top end of the frame 8. An end slide frame 20 which can move back and forth from the frame 15 toward the inside of the end 2 is further provided. A brushing device and a spray device for mold coating for the inside surface of the mold 1 are attached to the frame 20. The treatment for the inside surface of the casting mold and the treatment such as pouring, drawing, etc. are thus accomplished in the same place, by which the space over the entire part of the installation is decreased.
