RADIO EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To attain the reception of a call by performing the display representing the called state by means of an identification number after a prescribed time is elapsed even when response is desired, within a prescribed time to attain the identification by which group identification number the equipment is called. CONSTITUTION:A carrier received and being subjected to frequency shift modulation by an antenna 1 of the radio equipment is received by a reception section and its carrier is converted into a base band or an audio signal. The converted signal is fed to a non-return-to-zero NR converter 3, where the signal is converted into an NRZ signal. The NRZ signal is fed to a CPU4, which controls an LED display device 6 to display a group identification number or the like. When the radio equipment does not respond to the signal within a prescribed time, the called state by an identification number is displayed on the display device after a prescribed time. Then plural indentification numbers are used, the display representing the called state is made to correspond to the identification numbers respectively and the display within a prescribed time and the display after a prescribed time are performed both by flicker display of the identification numbers.
