OPTICAL FIBER PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To supply electric signals and electric energy to a device or a circuit difficult of supplying the electric signal and electric energy through an electric wire by constituting the titled device with optical fibers wave-guiding input light, a semiconductor device including a photoelectric conversion element and a semiconductor element and a package having an output terminal. CONSTITUTION:The optical fiber 11, a Selfoc lens 12 and the semiconductor device 14 are arranged by adjusting their optical axes so that incident light 29 projected from the Selfoc lens 12 is irradiated on the photodetecting surface of the photoelectric conversion element 19 formed in the semiconductor device 14. When the incident light is irradiated from the optical fiber 11 to the photoelectric conversion element 19 in the optical fiber photoelectric conversion device 10, a stabilized voltage output is obtained from an output part of a voltage stabilizing circuit 20. The stabilized voltage output is impressed to the semiconductor element 32 and electric signals having fixed periods are generated from output terminals 41, 28. The optical fiber photoelectric conversion device 10 having said constitution can be used as a means taking out the stabilized voltage output and electric signal outputs on the basis of the optical input and supplying power supply and electric signals to a device or a circuit difficult of supplying the electric signals through a power supply line.
