Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:A mutant in Trichoderma, capable of producing cellulase, is cultured to achieve good production and accumulation of cellulase even in the presence of glucose. CONSTITUTION:A strain in Trichoderma, having an ability of producing cellulase even in the presence of glucose, preferably a mutant of Trichoderma reesei (NRRL 15497), DGD-16-7 (NRRL 15498), is cultured, preferably at 20-32 deg.C under aerobic conditions for 4-10 days to produce and accumulate cellulases [beta- glucanase (including endo-beta-glucanase and exo-beta-glucanase and beta-glucosidase] in the medium.
