Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To deliver automatically the working information of plural panels by producing a tool arrangement plan on a graphic display screen of a graphic processor. CONSTITUTION:A control board frame figure 201 is called out of a symbol graph file 122 and displayed to a graph display part 125. Then a tool graph 202 is called out of an input graph file 121 and attached to a desired position in the figure 201. Then a tool code 203 is called out of the file 121 and attached into the graph 202 which is already attached. A panel figure 204 that can store the graph 202 with highest efficiency is selected out of the file 122 and distributed to store the code 203. Finally a panal number (balloon) 301 is given to the panel attachment point for identification of the figure 204. Thus a tool arrangement plan is obtained and stored to a graphic processing work file 123.
