CIVIL WORK CONSTRUCTION ON WATER BY WORKING SHIP AND WORKING SHIP THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To eliminate the needs for jack-up equipment as well as to miniaturize the equipment by a method in which the anchor pillar of a working ship is fixed to the bottom under water by charge of ballast, and the draft level of the ship is positioned at the truss structure by operating the lower float. CONSTITUTION:A working ship H is set on the setting position of burying pipe P, and anchor pillars 4 are landed to the bottom under water and then fixed by charging ballast water into the upper ballast tank 41. Ballast is charged into the upper float 11 of the working ship H, and the draft position is positioned at a truss structure 13 by moving the lower float 12. Under the condition, a jack 5 is operated, the tension member 42 of the anchor pillar 4 is grasped, and the ballast in the float 11 is discharged. Whereupon, a tension is given to the tension member 42 and the setting of the pipes P is made. Since the draft level is positioned at the truss structures, the influence of waves can be avoided.
