Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent double feeding of voting cards by providing an opening which is smaller than said voting card on the sliding surface of a voting card receiving table and applying negative pressure to the inside of said opening. CONSTITUTION:One or more than one opening part 7 which is samller than a voting card 1 are provided on the sliding surface of the voting card receiving table 3 for inserting the card 1 for a voting card processing device 2 which reads a record on the card 1 and carries out a required reforming process and a means of applying a defined negative pressure with respect to atmosphere to the inside of the opening 7 is provided. Thereby, insertion of two voting cards in a stack into the voting card processing device 2, when the voting card 1 is processed is prevented.
