ANALYZER DEIVCE FOR EMISSION GAS

PURPOSE:To improve reliability on gas analysis by constituting the captioned analyzer device of the mass filter type mass analyzer proper, a metal rod vertically moving by rotary motion of a lead-in terminal and the connection part connected to a picture display device of an object of analysis. CONSTITUTION:An analyzer device for emission gas performing gas amount instrumentation and gas analysis of a cathode-ray tube or the like is constituted of the mass filter type mass analyzer proper 16 connected to the tube 18 through a valve 17, a metal rod 20 vertically moving by rotation of a lead-in terminal 19 while being built inside the tube and of the connection part 21. Then, said connection part 21 is connected to a tip tube 13 attached to the cathode-ray tube or the like 11 while having the eyelet glass part 12 for confirming that the inside of the tube 18 has reached a vacuum degree higher than the vacuum degree of the cathode-ray tube or the like 11 by one figure followed by destructing the glass part 12 by rotation of the lead-in terminal 19 for leading gas inside the analyzer 16 by operation of the valve 17. Accordingly, the reliability of gas analysis can be improved while simplifying the construction of the tip tube 13.
