Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate a space existing between the register marks of two base plates and to enable exact registering by arranging a registering member at the position corresponding to the register mark. CONSTITUTION:A register mark 10 is formed on a base plate 7 with a light non- transmitting member, and a register mark 11 corresponding to the mark 10 is formed on another base plate S. A registering member 13 made of a material same as that of the spacer member 6 between the two plates 7, S and in a thickness same as that of the spacer 6 is formed at the position corresponding to the register mark. As a result, a space existing between the register marks 10, 11 is eliminated and exact registering can be executed.
