Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To compensate the shortage of the inversing force due to single water pressure by applying the water pressure due to the head difference of water and the suction force due to the reduction of pressure in a pipe to the inversing pressure of a tube. CONSTITUTION:Liquid is supplied from the supply pipe 2d into the duct 2 so that the liquid surface is always kept to the height of the overflow pipe 2b to operate the water pressure due to the head difference on the inversing section 5a. The pressure in the pipe 1 is reduced by the vacuum pump 8 from the terminal side of the already-installed pipe 1 to operate the suction force as inversing pressure on the inversing section 5a. The water pressure is usually 0.2-0.5kg/cm G, the suction force is 0.5-0.8kg/cm G and as a whole the inversing pressure of 0.1- 1.3kg/cm G is loaded on the inversing section 5a of the tube 5.
