AQUEOUS SOLUTION CONTAINING FAT-SOLUBLE DRUG

PURPOSE:An aqueous solution containing a fat-soluble vitamin active substance or a ubiquinone useful as an injection, having improved stability, obtained by blending the aqueous solution with hydrogenated lecithin and a neutral amino acid, adjusting the blend to a specific pH. CONSTITUTION:A fat-soluble vitamin active substance such as fat-soluble vitamin A, E, K active substance, etc., or a ubiquinone such as preferably ubidecarenone, and hydrogenated lecithin are added to a small amount of water, pressurized or treated with ultrasonic wave, etc. under heating preferably at 60-70 deg.C, so that they are uniformly dispersed into water coarsely, a neutral amino acid such as glycine, alanine, etc. is added to the dispersion, which is adjusted to 5.5-8pH. The dispersion is blended with other components such as a germicide, an isotonizing agent, etc. and the rest of water, and dispersed uniformly, to give the desired aqueous solution. An amount of the hydrogenated lecithin is 0.1-15pts.wt. based on 1pt.wt. fat-soluble vitamin active substance or ubiquinone, and an amount of the neutral amino acid is preferably 0.05-6wt./vol% based on the aqueous solution.
